7 weeks project on a GE Unit at SaskPower. Everything from Drilling .5"-4.5" Bolts, Flange Facing, Boring applications in various diameters, generator machining, etc. One of our larger jobs this year.

The goal of the conference continues to be the promotion of technical improvements toward excellence in design, safe operation, and inspection of pressure vessels, piping, and equipment.
January 2007
Scheduled for a large machining project on Vancouver Island with particularly tight timelines. Needing to flange face 20 flanges and lap two valves in a 36 hour window. A particularly good example of the obvious benefits of using our in-place machining services.

In-Situ attended and displayed at the Shutdowns Super Conference in Calgary.
November 2006
Completed a significant portable milling project for a large OSB Plant in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. This project included a variety of difficult, hard to access, machining tasks such as: Milling 95mm off of a damaged 864mm dia. press after which the team drilled and tapped to a 250mm depth to allow for new clamping plate.
October 2006
Completed a 5 week, large scale machining project for General Electric Field Services in Estevan, Saskatchewan. The project included: Diaphragm Machining, Flange Facing, Portable Milling, Stud Removal, Thread Oversizing, Shop Machining.
